Our client, a global legal powerhouse, is growing like crazy and is adding a dynamic Attorney Talent Acquisition Specialist to its Boston team. What You’ll Do:
- Team up with office management, recruiting chairs, and practice group leadership to tackle hiring needs.
- Coordinate all the on-campus recruiting events and activities that make the magic happen.
- Be the go-to for law school recruitment and work side by side with the Talent Acquisition Manager for lateral attorney hires.
- Manage the full recruitment process: interviews, evaluations, communications—keeping everything running smoothly.
- Partner with HR, Conflicts, and other admin departments to handle recruitment checks and new hire paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with search firms and keep the applicant database in tip-top shape.
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of attorney recruiting experience, ideally in a major law firm.
- A BA degree (HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in attorney recruitment, with a large law firm being your preferred playground.
- Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems like Workday or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Detail-oriented with a love for organization and process.
