Role Description

Join our team as an Associate Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in transforming the landscape of technology. Responsibilities:

  • PCB Schematic capture and layout for our clients and in-house projects
  • Design of manufacturing test fixtures and firmware
  • BOM management, sourcing of parts from suppliers

Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 1 year industry experience or robust portfolio of extracurricular work
  • Experience with PCB design and manufacturing using tools such as Altium, KiCAD, EAGLE, OrCAD
  • Experience with firmware development (e.g. Arduino, Raspberry Pi)
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively to colleagues
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

Ideal candidate traits

  • Has developed and built a PCB working with manufacturers
  • Comfortable using Linux
  • Hands-on and loves to work with physical devices

This is a hybrid position, requiring in-person presence at our office in Oakland, CA. May require occasional travel to client locations, conferences, etc.
