Job Summary:

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated and skilled On-Site Desktop IT End User Services Deployment Technician for a temporary assignment from September 2024 to March 2025. The candidate will work primarily with Lenovo X1 Carbon Windows laptops running Windows 10 and will be responsible for using Microsoft Autopilot to install Windows 11 and deploying laptops to users across North America. This role requires a team player who can follow detailed written instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Windows 11 Installation: Use Microsoft Autopilot to install Windows 11 on laptops.
• Deployment: Deploy laptops to users across North America, ensuring each device is configured correctly and ready for use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and other IT teams to ensure seamless support and share knowledge, feedback, and best practices.
• Instruction Adherence: Follow detailed written instructions precisely to ensure consistency and accuracy in deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma/GED equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11. Familiarity with Lenovo X1 Carbon laptops a plus. Experience with Microsoft Autopilot for Windows 11 installation also a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a resolution-focused mindset. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow detailed written instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
