Job Summary: The Storm Invoice Reviewer will be responsible for the review of storm invoices in accordance with Tampa Electric’s storm rules and invoice validation guidelines. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and invoice validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review storm invoices to ensure compliance with Tampa Electric’s storm rules and invoice validation guidelines.
• Perform data entry tasks related to invoice processing.
• Validate invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to storm invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all reviewed invoices.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in data entry and invoice validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Work Arrangement:

• The first few weeks will be 100% in person. Transition to a hybrid work arrangement can be discussed at that time if applicable.
