This role is vital to our operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and smooth workflows. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order fulfillment and shipping to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

• Track inventory levels and manage stock using Excel and other software tools.

• Coordinate with team members to streamline order processing, returns, and other shipping needs.

• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics to support the management team.

• Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to address issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or a similar operations role.

• Knowledge of shipping logistics and fulfillment processes.

• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet tools for inventory tracking and data management.
