Senior Property Claims Adjuster

IntePros is seeking a Senior Property Claims Adjuster to join our client in Juno Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will manage property claims from the first notice of loss to final resolution. This role involves investigation, coverage analysis, litigation management, payment processing, reserving, and auditing for an assigned caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and evaluate assigned property claims, adhering to the client's claims processes and procedures.
• Analyze coverage, determine quota shares, and manage litigation.
• Communicate with all relevant parties involved, including policyholders, underwriters, brokers, third parties, insurers, and attorneys.
• Ensure claims are properly documented, reserved, and audited on a regular basis.
• Provide recommended action plans to manage claims efficiently.
• Evaluate claims-related expenses for reasonableness and necessity.
• Review contracts to identify risk transfer opportunities.
• Identify claims resolution opportunities and act upon them within your level of authority.
• Assist company attorneys during litigation, including providing court testimony.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be willing to obtain all Adjuster Licenses within 45 days of the hiring date.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations, policy provisions, and standard operating procedures (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (NON-CDL).
• High School Graduate / GED.
• 6+ years of experience in claims adjusting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

This position handles both personal injury and major commercial property damage claims asserted by or against the company, requiring a high level of expertise and professionalism.
