Employment Litigation Attorney

We are collaborating with a law firm in LA representing employees and employers throughout California in various employment law matters. This firm has a proven track record of success in employment law, having recovered millions of dollars in both individual and class action lawsuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including individual and class action cases.
• Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on a variety of cases, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and more.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial preparation.
• Provide clients with sound legal advice and ensure their rights are protected throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience in all phases of discovery and trial.

They have extremely competitive compensation packages with base salaries ranging from 140-200k + bonuses.
