Employment Law Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a reputable law firm specializing in employment law. As an Employment Law Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in a variety of employment litigation matters, including individual and class action cases. Your responsibilities will include working closely with a team of skilled attorneys, conducting depositions, preparing for trial, and providing clients with expert legal advice.Key Responsibilities:Handle employment litigation matters, including individual and class action cases.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and more.Conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial preparationProvide clients with sound legal advice and ensure their rights are protected throughout the legal process.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation.Strong litigation skills, including experience in discovery and trial.This position offers competitive compensation packages with base salaries ranging from 140-200k plus bonuses.
