Apparel Production Artist

Fulltime Production Artist for apparel Fashion brand .

Immediate Production Artist role available for established Fashion client in the San Fernando Valley.

In this role you will implement creative and innovative solutions to create production-ready artwork

• Collaborate with team members to develop graphics for apparel images, garment hangtags, and logos for apparel clients

• Find functional and aesthetically sound design solutions to complex design problems

• Work with Design team to ensure timely sampling of all graphics

• Adjust art files in collaboration with Art Director to ensure correct upload to factories

• Track design schedule to ensure timely completion of projects

• Regularly communicate program status and key metrics to Art Director and VP

• Present well-defined ideas and concepts to internal staff and clients when necessary

• Correct any issues in the design process and make it production-friendly

• Call out colors and sizing for all graphics

• Maintain production files

• Package and prepare files for release to factory

• Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and the factory

Rate: $20-26/hr
