We are currently partnered with a leading General Contractor with operations across the North East seeking an MEP Manager to join their growing team in Boston. With expertise across healthcare, academic, life sciences, corporate and hospitality, they focus on high-quality, sustainable builds with expertise in both new construction and renovation.

• Strong performance in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented with the ability to engage effectively with project teams, subcontractors, field staff, clients, and more
• Clear and effective communication skills

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 4-10 years of experience in the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Serve as the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) Manager, providing technical expertise across MEP disciplines
• Act as a subject matter expert for both internal and external clients, identifying constructability issues, offering insights on project scheduling, and performing commissioning
