Vaco Richmond is recruiting for a motivated Front Office Administrator. This role involves greeting visitors, managing phone communications, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Respond to inquiries via email and ensure timely communication with clients and staff.
  • Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Dependable and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
