This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Technician at Rainbow International of San Diego County. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects, coordinating with the team, and ensuring efficient and effective completion of all restoration tasks. They will also communicate with customers, explain the restoration process, and strive for complete customer satisfaction.

• Experience in fire, water, smoke, or mold damage restoration
• Knowledge of restoration techniques and industry best practices
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in restoration services are a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
