The Opportunity:
As a key leader, you'll manage a talented team, ensuring excellence in construction materials testing and special inspection projects. Your work will focus on delivering high-quality results for our clients while driving the team's growth and success.
- Lead & Mentor: Support and guide a team of field, lab, and administrative staff.
- Drive Success: Oversee project performance, from revenue growth to profitability.
- Handle Big Projects: Manage proposals, oversee client projects, and meet delivery goals.
- Ensure Efficiency: Take charge of billing, project deliverables, and accounts receivable.
- Grow the Business: Collaborate on business development and nurture client relationships.
About You:
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (or related field)
- 6+ years in project/operational management for construction materials projects
- PE license in NC (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong decision-making, teamwork, and technical skills
