What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of high-quality engineering solutions from initial concept through final design, ensuring customer specifications are met at every stage.
  • Perform advanced engineering analyses using tools such as Autodesk Inventor, Nastran, Autodesk Simulation Mechanical, Autodesk CFD, and more to deliver reliable, high-performance designs.
  • Utilize advanced simulation tools and techniques to analyze structural, thermal, and fluid flow behavior of components and systems. Conduct stress, thermal, and dynamic analyses to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Drafters to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Produce detailed models and drawings, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and making recommendations for improvements along the way.
  • Provide leadership in standardizing processes, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of all technical reports.
  • Interface directly with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain clear, open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Travel internationally as needed to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, or related) with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in engineering complex, large-scale metal structures.
  • Strong technical expertise in Mechanical, Thermal, Structural, and Fluid Dynamics engineering – you know your way around FEA, CFD, and thermal-stress analysis.
  • A passion for delivering accurate, innovative engineering solutions and a proven ability to validate your analysis with manual calculations.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills – you thrive in team environments and enjoy working across disciplines to bring projects to life.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all work is precise, compliant with codes and standards, and delivered on time.
  • A willingness to travel internationally, work in dynamic environments, and take on the exciting challenges that come with global projects.
