HR Internship

Job Description:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Participate in onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Help manage HR documentation and employee records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Assist with HR projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3.5 GPA
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A passion for learning and a genuine interest in HR practices.
