Candidates with experience in the following should apply immediately:

• State and Federal eFiling
• Draft, revise and finalize pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Prepare TOAs/TOCs, trial briefs, subpoenas
• Calendar trial dates, discovery deadlines, depositions, court calls and client conferences
• Document review (Relativity, Disco), document productions, bates stamping
• Trial prep: motions in limine, jury instructions, trial notebooks, exhibit binders, coordination of experts and verdict forms
