Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients in various environments. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking, operating systems, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and effective resolution of technical issues.

Must-haves

  • 3+ year's experience as an IT Field Service Technician/Desktop Support
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems, and software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of IOS/Android devices
  • Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Day-to-Day

  • Respond to IT support requests from end users across multiple locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install configure and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
  • Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
