Associate Director, IT Support & Digital Transformation - PHARMA EXP A MUST

Growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on IT Leader to support all things technology from the network to the copiers with a team of people. THE ROLE IS ON-SITE. LOCAL PEOPLE ONLY AND MUST HAVE THE PHARMA EXP.

Day to day

• Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure, as well as driving digital transformation initiatives to optimize processes and enhance productivity. You are also jointly responsible for the development of strategies, execution of these strategies, as well as the overall performance of the site. This is hands-on, and responsible for troubleshooting workstations, networks, software applications, phone system, copiers and other corporate technologies with the team.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years experience in a role supporting a Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in IT leadership roles
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes for Pharma and operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge across several IT disciplines including Network, Security, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing Systems

Plusses

• Strong understanding and process knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality System
• Strong understanding and technical application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and regulatory guidance for industry
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives
