Job Description
A well-established company in Gardena is seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Legal Coordinator to join their legal department. This unique position offers a mix of transactional work and legal organization responsibilities. The ideal paralegal candidate will have experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with everyone from store employees to senior executives. As a paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the legal team and ensuring smooth operations.

Top 3 Qualifications

  • Some legal experience or exposure to a legal environment
  • Proficient in navigating software and transitioning to a paperless system using Microsoft 365
  • Strong people skills - able to interface with frontline staff and C-level executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the legal department with transactional work, including lease reviews and contract assistance
  • Organize and manage legal matters
  • Navigate Microsoft 365 to create a paperless system for legal document management
  • Collaborate closely with the company's head attorney and management team
