Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing user security across multiple products, with a focus on access, user security, maintenance, page/field security, and supporting automation efforts within an enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) solution. This role reports to the IT Manager on the Student Systems and Support Team.
(Hybrid Remote- Mainly remote with ability to go onsite when needed)
Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple medium-sized security and IAM projects and initiatives.
- Perform daily operational tasks related to user security and IAM management.
- Oversee and resolve security tickets and issues.
- Collaborate on the design, implementation, and enhancement of IAM policies and procedures to improve security standards.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Process Engineering.
- Educational industry experience working for school systems or higher education a big plus.
- 3-5 years working with Student Information Systems. (Big Plus- Highly desired)
- 5-7 years in Quality/Software Assurance.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) frameworks, processes, and tools, including managing user access, security policies, and IAM automation.
- Proven experience in managing user accounts and system access privileges.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data models, and entity relationship diagrams.
- 8+ years leading IT operations teams supporting enterprise-grade software systems.
- Strong background in systems administration, software support, and IAM solutions.
- Skills in change management, team collaboration, and relationship building.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, technical debt reduction, and cloud hosting/migration.
- Experience with digital workflow products (e.g., ServiceNow) for managing incidents, requests, and automation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
