IT Analyst | Temporary

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a IT Analyst for a top law firm in their Boston office. This individual will join a busy team and provide front-line, technical end user support services including troubleshooting assistance, problem resolution, and remote desktop connection. A great opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst looking for a substantial, long-term, temporary role!

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform installs, moves, and changes for PC's, software, printers, phones, and network components.
• Provide guidance and technical support for workstations, applications, and break fix items for all staff.
• Assist with equipment, hardware, and cable installations/management.
• Resolve service requests in a timely manner to users remotely and onsite
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of help desk and end-user support experience
• Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience maintaining and supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
• Technical skills: Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Printer Management, A/V support

Candidates for this position must be based in the Boston area or have independent plans for relocation.
