IT Analyst | Temporary

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a IT Analyst for a top law firm in their Boston office. This individual will join a busy team and provide front-line, technical end user support services including troubleshooting assistance, problem resolution, and remote desktop connection. A great opportunity for an experienced IT Analyst looking for a substantial, long-term, temporary role! Responsibilities Include: Perform installs, moves, and changes for PC's, software, printers, phones, and network components. Provide guidance and technical support for workstations, applications, and break fix items for all staff. Assist with equipment, hardware, and cable installations/management. Resolve service requests in a timely manner to users remotely and onsite Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Qualifications Include: 3+ years of help desk and end-user support experience Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm preferred High level of attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience maintaining and supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications Technical skills: Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Printer Management, A/V support Candidates for this position must be based in the Boston area or have independent plans for relocation.
