IT Program Manager - Lead

We are seeking an IT Program Manager – Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding the governance process for reviewing technology investment contracts, aligning them with established principles, and making forward-thinking recommendations. You will lead the discovery, prioritization, and tracking of multiple optimization opportunities across the global technology landscape, driving impactful change and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and/or modification of Technology projects.
• Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
• Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment.

Qualifications

• In Depth Knowledge of IT Governance Practices & Processes
• Expert Level Project Management Skills especially within complex business environment with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to meet resistance with a solutions mindset
• Highly Organized & Strong Communication Skills
• Strategic Thinker with an Agile Mindset
• Experience with leading RFP, Contract Review/Negotiation & Vendor Selection Process.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and work through shifting priorities while still managing overall outcomes.
• Have and ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity
• Strong Visual Design + PPX skills
