Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Help Desk Lead Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, support, and enhancement of the Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk module. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive HR case management, configure the Help Desk module, and provide ongoing production support. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Help Desk functionality, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Help Desk, including requirements gathering, solution design, and module configuration.
- Configure HR Help Desk case management, including routing, escalation, service-level agreements (SLAs), and notifications.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting for HR service delivery and case tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with at least 2 years specializing in Help Desk or HR case management modules.
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes and how they map to the Help Desk module.
- Experience leading full-cycle HCM Help Desk implementations, including configuration, testing, and support.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, including with Core HR, Absence, and Payroll modules.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
