Business Intelligence Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead and elevate their data-driven decision-making capabilities. This role is pivotal in managing a team of analysts and collaborating with key stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, Tableau, Redshift, and Power BI, combined with leadership skills and a strategic mindset to optimize data processes and deliver key insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts, providing guidance and direction in daily operations.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Drive the design and implementation of interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring the delivery of data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage and optimize the use of Amazon Redshift for handling large datasets and ensuring database performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Present findings, trends, and actionable insights to senior leadership in a clear and strategic manner.
• Continuously evaluate and improve BI reporting processes, systems, and tools for greater efficiency and impact.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies, implementing improvements and innovations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Manager, BI Analyst, or in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Amazon Redshift for data analysis, visualization, and database management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding teams toward achieving key business objectives.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on translating data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
