Our platform uses AI-powered solutions for real-time job interviews, helping companies achieve more insightful hiring decisions. Our AI interviewer adapts dynamically, asking personalized questions to improve hiring outcomes. With thousands of completed interviews across engineering, IT, retail, and hospitality, we’re looking to expand our core engineering team in San Francisco.

As a Founding Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in creating both consumer-facing and enterprise applications. You’ll work directly with our founders to design and implement impactful features and drive our technology roadmap in a high-growth start-up.

This role will involve building and implementing end-to-end solutions within our AI-powered ecosystem to enhance our platform's capabilities and streamline the hiring process.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop scalable applications for diverse user bases.
• Reduce interviewer response latency to under 200ms.
• Scale system architecture for thousands of concurrent users.
• Integrate with client hiring systems and optimize data display.
• Work directly with co-founders to enhance our conversational AI, ensuring a personalized and seamless interview experience.
• Contribute to scaling and optimizing Machine Learning models that will transform the hiring process, making it more intuitive and insightful.

Required Qualifications:

• 0–6 years of experience; open to qualified new graduates with relevant projects, internships, or hands-on experience.
• Proven experience working with full-stack development in a tech-forward or high-growth environment.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Strong foundation in cloud technologies and DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience through relevant projects, internships, or work experience (e.g., hackathons, personal projects).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML/DL tools (especially open-source for scalable inference).
• Design experience (Figma knowledge).
• Relevant impact with tech projects, especially in AI or HR.
