Role: Senior Endpoint Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Endpoint Solutions

  Design and manage OS deployment, hardware, driver updates, and secure browser configurations.

  
  

• OS Deployment

  Lead Windows OS configuration, deployment, and maintenance for optimal performance and security.

  
  

• Hardware and Driver Updates

  Implement solutions for seamless updates and reduced device issues.

  
  

• Web Browser Security

  Securely manage browser configurations (e.g., Chrome, Edge) across endpoints.

  
  

• Endpoint Management

  Deploy and maintain Intune and SCCM for enterprise-level device management.

  
  

• Automation

  Use PowerShell and Python to automate tasks, boosting efficiency.

  
  

• Security Compliance

  Collaborate with security to enforce endpoint hardening, encryption, and monitoring.

  
  

• Performance Monitoring

  Monitor endpoint health for optimal user experience.

  
  

• Cross-team Collaboration

  Work with Cybersecurity, Network, and Desktop Support teams for solution success.

  
  

• Documentation

  Maintain thorough documentation for configurations and troubleshooting.

  
  

Required –

• Education

  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or 8+ years of IT experience in place of a degree.

  
  

• Experience

  5+ years in endpoint engineering or a similar role.

  
  

• Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Intune and SCCM for endpoint management.
• Expertise in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows/macOS.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and driver management.
• Familiar with securing web browsers (Chrome, Edge) on endpoints.
• Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.
• Experience with device compliance, conditional access, and Windows Autopilot.
