Position: Senior Endpoint Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Endpoint Solutions: Design and manage comprehensive endpoint solutions, including OS deployment, hardware updates, and secure browser configurations.
• OS Deployment: Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows OS to optimize performance and security.
• Hardware and Driver Updates: Implement strategies to facilitate smooth hardware and driver updates, reducing device-related issues.
• Browser Security: Oversee the secure configuration and management of browsers (Chrome, Edge) across all devices.
• Endpoint Management: Utilize Microsoft Intune and SCCM for enterprise-wide device deployment and management.
• Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to improve efficiency.
• Security Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoint hardening, encryption, and consistent monitoring for compliance.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor endpoint health to maintain an optimal user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Cybersecurity, Network, and Desktop Support teams to drive successful endpoint solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and troubleshooting processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Alternatively, 8+ years of IT experience may be considered.
• Experience: 5+ years in endpoint engineering or a similar field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune and SCCM for device management.
• Extensive experience with deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting both Windows and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and driver management.
• Familiarity with securing web browsers (Chrome, Edge) on endpoints.
• Skilled in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation purposes.
• Hands-on experience with device compliance, conditional access, and Windows Autopilot.
