Investor Relations Operations Associate

Global private equity firm is hiring an Investor Relations Operations Associate in their downtown Boston office. Ideal candidates will have at least a year of operations experience in the financial services industry, preferably from a family office or investor relations environment.

The team is doing a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in the downtown Boston office and offers excellent total compensation including bonus, 401k contributions, benefits, merit-based promotions and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client services support to investors; provide seamless onboarding process
• Support clients with any documentation issues
• Oversee fund closings for open-end and close-end funds
• Develop and implement new systems to streamline report generation and distribution
• Establish relationship with internal teams - compliance, legal, tax, client services, etc.
• Represent the group with high level of professionalism and efficiency across the firm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 0-2 years of experience from the financial services sector
• Operations experience from a family office or investor relations
• Required: experience with client onboarding and account set up
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to hit deadlines with competing priorities
