Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Manage multiple projects- project lifecycle reporting utilizing Excel
  • HR support including recruitment, safety regulations, and onboarding
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, Communicate effectively, communication, organizational skills, work effectively under pressure
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • 5 + years of recent administrative assistant support, preferably in a construction or real estate environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
