Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Manage multiple projects- project lifecycle reporting utilizing Excel
- HR support including recruitment, safety regulations, and onboarding
- Flexibility, attention to detail, Communicate effectively, communication, organizational skills, work effectively under pressure
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- 5 + years of recent administrative assistant support, preferably in a construction or real estate environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
