ResponsibilitiesPerform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.Handle and coordinate active calendarsManage multiple projects- project lifecycle reporting utilizing ExcelHR support including recruitment, safety regulations, and onboardingFlexibility, attention to detail, Communicate effectively, communication, organizational skills, work effectively under pressureProvide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite5 + years of recent administrative assistant support, preferably in a construction or real estate environmentExcellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
