POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

JOB SUMMARY

You will drive the design, governance, and implementation of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, with a focus on business transformation and digital innovation. This role requires heavy hands-on engagement in planning, architecture, design, and technical delivery, and includes supporting sales pursuits.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead project discovery, design, scoping, and technical delivery of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
  • CoE Strategy: Define and implement governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for Power Platform and SharePoint usage.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop scalable, compliant, and secure solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Sales Support: Partner with Sales to demonstrate technical capabilities, deliver PoCs, and drive solution proposals.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide technical teams to ensure alignment with best practices and project standards.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.

Technical Skillset:

  • Power Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (flows and automation solutions), Power BI (data visualization, reporting, and analytics), and Power Virtual Agents (chatbots and automation).
  • SharePoint Proficiency: In-depth experience with SharePoint Online, including document management, custom workflows, content management, and integration with other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Expertise in SPFx for building custom web parts, extensions, and solutions within SharePoint Online. Proficiency in developing responsive and modern UI components using SPFx, with experience in TypeScript, React, and Office UI Fabric.
  • Solution Architecture and Design: Proven ability to architect scalable and secure solutions, designing workflows, integrations, and data models that leverage Power Platform and SharePoint capabilities, while ensuring compliance and operational resilience.
  • Dataverse and Data Management: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data storage, relational modeling, and integration with Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring data integrity and efficient data access.
  • Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, and familiarity with the Microsoft Graph API for advanced customization, automation, and management of Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Power Pages and UI Design: Knowledge of Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals), with experience in developing customer-facing interfaces, Liquid templates, and high-quality UI layouts within Power Pages.
  • Integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure: Strong understanding of how Power Platform and SharePoint integrate with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and Azure services (Azure AD, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions).
  • Security and Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft’s security and compliance features, including role-based access control, data loss prevention policies, and compliance settings, ensuring solutions meet organizational standards.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Skilled in building dashboards and reports in Power BI, with a focus on delivering actionable insights from data stored within Dataverse, SharePoint, or external data sources.
  • DevOps and ALM for Power Platform and SPFx: Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform and SPFx solutions, including version control, solution deployment, and environment management, with experience in tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Experience developing governance frameworks for Power Platform and SharePoint, including defining usage policies, setting security controls, and establishing best practices for scalable deployments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills, enabling effective technical explanation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in delivering technical presentations and solution demonstrations.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.
  • 7+ years in solution architecture or CoE roles, with a proven record in governance and delivery.
  • Experience in project leadership, from scoping to deployment.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting sales pursuits and client engagements.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Effective communicator with technical and business stakeholders.
