As an experienced software developer at Agilebeat Inc., you'll use the latest architectural approaches, open-source frameworks, and resources to overcome your clients' most complex challenges. You'll use your passion to master new tools and techniques while helping to identify and implement system improvements. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the open-source community. You'll code and deliver solutions that support the current architecture and operating environment and oversee future functionality and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret clearance required. Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph clearances are highly desired.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science. Master’s or Ph.D. degrees nice to have.
  • 5+ years of experience maintaining and making changes to existing applications or keeping systems working in a sustainment mode in an Agile environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with legacy enterprise systems
  • Experience in at least two of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, JavaScript, Python, Golang, Bash, Ansible, Terraform
  • Experience with at least three of the following technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Airflow, NiFi, Lucene, Solr, OpenSearch
  • Experience in database interfaces, such as schemas, SQL, or PostgreSQL

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience developing ETL for Big Data Sets or Massive Data Sets (Petabytes)
  • Cloud Experience: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud or Oracle Cloud
  • Experience with OAuth, LDAP, SAML
  • Ability to work in a high-paced team focus on delivering value
  • Open mind to take on new challenges out of your comfort zone
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • R&D Experience
