Role: Plant Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure employee safety and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain reliability-centered maintenance processes to enhance machine uptime and lower operational costs.
• Lead maintenance department personnel development, manage capital projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and experience in implementing safety measures.
• Proficient in root cause analysis techniques and capable of driving a Zero Breakdown culture.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills; basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
