Risk Manager

Risk Manager - Commodity Trading - Houston - $300k-$500k total comp plus package

Cititec Talent has partnered with a Commodity Trading firm seeking a Risk Manager to join their Risk Management team to play a pivotal part in the growth of their physical Gas and Power Commodities business.

Working closely with the traders and cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for executing risk capabilities, challenging risk allocation for the trading desks and creating risk frameworks and overall risk strategies whilst onboarding new commodities and products.

Experience required:

• To have a strong and clear background in commodities risk management
• Must have experience with Gas or Power, ideally both
• Strong knowledge and experience with E/CTRM systems, ideally Openlink Endur
• Strong Python, Excel and SQL skills
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of FTRs

This role is 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH
