Marketing Specialist

Work Experience:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics required.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the on-site search experience using Algolia’s search platform functionalities like redirects, synonyms, rules, boosting, pinning, etc
- Generate insight into consumer and market trends by analyzing and reporting on search data using Adobe Analytics
- Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for search tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand our customers and their behavior better so that we can find ways to improve their experience
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to improve the overall shopping experience
- Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data
- Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study
