Quality Project Manager

The OFCI Quality Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that equipment within our supply chain network is maintained to the highest quality standards for both internal and external customers. This position requires extensive collaboration with various partner teams, including vendors, upstream and downstream supply chain teams, accounting, and project site leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between our warehouse facilities and equipment manufacturers for addressing identified issues or equipment damage.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on identified issues or damages related to OFCI equipment, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to coordinate thorough inspections of identified issues or damages, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
- Work with manufacturers to create repair plans for damaged equipment, including tracking parts, invoicing, and scheduling until equipment passes quality inspection.
- Coordinate documentation and improvement strategies with internal stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts.
- Establish metrics and reports to monitor and enhance Planning and Inventory performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven program management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- At least seven years of experience in Quality Management of MEP equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data center MEP systems.
- Experience in developing and maintaining quality systems using CX alloy/BIM360 or other quality software.
