Hands on IT Manager with Epicor experience!

ERP Implementation & Migration

  • Lead or participate in ERP implementation or migration projects (Epicor or other platforms).
  • Manage the migration from Epicor 9.05 to Kinetic Cloud

Project Management

  • Oversee and manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are tracked and met

Reporting & Analytics

  • Expert in Crystal Reports and SSRS—create and manage reports in both formats.
  • Ability to migrate custom Crystal Reports to SSRS

Desktop Support & End-User Training

  • Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office applicationsTeamsOutlook, etc.
  • Design and deliver IT training to new hires and maintain ongoing training for current staff on technology updates.

Hardware & System Setup

  • Specify hardware requirements for internal AMACS users.
  • Ensure proper setup and troubleshooting of hardware systems.

Epicor/Kinetic Administration

  • Oversee site security parameters for Epicor/Kinetic and all desktop applications.
  • Troubleshoot Kinetic technical issues, acting as the primary point of contact within the organization.
  • Manage upgrades/patches in Kinetic, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases or updates.

Networking & Connectivity

  • Strong background in network troubleshooting, particularly around connectivity issues internally.

Business Intelligence & Dashboards

  • Develop and manage BAQs (Business Activity Queries) and dashboards in Epicor/Kinetic.
  • Implement tools like GrowAutomation Studio, and other BI dashboards

EDI & Application Integration

  • Experience working with and implementing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
  • Integrate bolt-on applications using APIs to Epicor systems.

Tools & Cloud Technologies

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
  • Experience as a SharePoint Administrator—move documents to SharePoint and establish an internal structure.

  • Deploy technology to production floor personnel (e.g., dashboard displayshandhelds/scannersMES technology

Essential Qualifications:

  • Epicor/Kinetic Experience
    Must be familiar with

    Epicor ERP systems, particularly Kinetic, for both support and upgrades.
  • Reporting Expertise
    Solid background in

    Crystal Reports and SSRS, with the ability to write and migrate reports.
  • Technical Troubleshooting
    Expertise in network troubleshooting and resolving

    Kinetic-related technical issues.
  • Project Management
    Strong project management skills to handle ERP migrations, upgrades, and other system-wide changes.

  • Security & System Administration
    Experience with managing security protocols for enterprise applications and providing

    desktop support
