We are seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who understands both sales and hospitality. Our customers are unique; many are self-made individuals who value the experience of purchasing a Savas jacket as much as they do wearing it for years. We need someone who appreciates this exchange and can elevate it to new heights.

In Los Angeles, a destination shopping city, our store does not rely on walk-in traffic. Therefore, this individual must blend exceptional customer relationship skills with strategic methods for building a referral business, ensuring we not only retain existing clients but also expand our network.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and hospitality strategies that align with our brand vision and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for luxury retail and the ability to lead high-performing teams. You will need a “sky’s the limit” mindset, as this position has no cap on revenue and is commission-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Concierge Services: involve greeting clients warmly and providing personalized service, including product information and store tours. You will handle inquiries, special orders, and delivery services to enhance customer loyalty, while also building long-term relationships through database management, VIP invitations, and follow-ups. Acquiring new customers via online leads, referrals, and social media will be essential.
  • Personal Styling, you will offer expert styling advice based on client preferences and body types, curating personalized shopping experiences with tailored wardrobe selections. Staying updated on fashion trends will allow you to provide informed recommendations and collaborate with clients to create cohesive outfits.
  • Sales Strategy Development
    you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and identify new business growth opportunities. Utilizing clienteling techniques, you will foster loyalty and encourage repeat business while organizing exclusive events to strengthen client relationships.

  • Referral Business Building

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceptional customer service.
  • Enthusiasm for style with high personal standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building personal connections.
  • Self-starting attitude with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency in POS (Shopify) retail software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and potentially holidays.
  • Tailored clothing experience is a plus.
  • A love for music and leather jackets, along with strong personal style.
  • Fluency in English is required; a second language is a plus.
