Adecco RPO is searching for a Hybrid Program Manager supporting one of our clients. This position will require weekly travel (1-2 days at a time). We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee our hiring events and drive recruitment initiatives across key markets. Travel Requirements:

  • Weekly travel (1-2 days at a time)
  • All travel expenses are covered by the company, including upfront payments for hotels and flights, and rental car costs reimbursed via expense report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and Manage Hiring Events:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistical aspects of hiring events to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Supervise event setup, candidate processing, and maintain compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and monitor KPIs to measure the success of recruitment activities and continuously optimize processes.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of recruitment and event staff. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
  • Build Partnerships and Network:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and partner institutions.
  • Represent client at career fairs and community presentations, building brand awareness and expanding our talent pipeline.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Track and analyze candidate data to identify insights, improve recruitment strategies, and inform management with regular reports.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to manage and present detailed weekly and monthly reports.
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee the hiring event budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Approve and monitor travel expenses, maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance protocols in ATS and other recruitment platforms for candidate data management.
  • Regularly assess recruitment processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with supervisors, superintendents, and hiring managers to assess staffing needs, gather feedback, and refine recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Candidate Experience Management:
  • Oversee the candidate journey from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in program management, recruitment, or event management.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently by air and car.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Self-driven with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and improving processes.

The position comes with:

  • A salary between $50,000-$70,000. based on experience, paid weekly via pay card or direct deposit
  • Full benefits beginning on the 1st of the month following 30-days of employment. Benefits include Aetna medical, UHC dental and vision, 401(k), commuter spending account, critical illness, supplemental life, disability, employee discount program, and even pet insurance.
  • We offer flex time for PTO & holidays, observing the holidays of our client
