Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Pay: $75K - $95K (Bonus Eligible)

Job Description:

The Benefits Administrator will oversee all aspects of employee benefits and total rewards programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans for a workforce of 475+ employees. This position requires an individual who can manage relationships with vendors and brokers, ensure compliance with regulations, and analyze benefits data for cost-saving opportunities. The role will also involve leading wellness initiatives and driving communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans for 475+ employees.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
  • Manage relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators.
  • Lead the open enrollment process and organize wellness fairs and other benefits-related events.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about benefits options.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to employee benefits.
  • Lead wellness committee initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.
  • Analyze benefits data to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Provide customer service to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure a positive benefits experience for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience managing employee benefits programs, preferably in a multi-company environment.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA.
  • Experience with self-funded benefits programs is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration software (UKG experience is a plus).

Additional Details:

  • Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after initial training period)
  • Bonus: 7.5% annual bonus (prorated for this year)
