Epic Prelude/RTE Analyst

Our client, based in Texas, is seeking a skilled Epic Prelude/RTE Analyst to join their expanding team in a full-time hybrid capacity. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a seasoned and well-networked team that meets onsite weekly. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Ideal Candidate:

• Epic Certifications: Must hold certifications in Epic Prelude and RTE build.
• Application Build Experience: Proficiency in RTE, Registration, Work Queues (WQs), and data extracts is essential.
• Upgrade/Update Assistance: Experience in managing upgrades and updates, including NOVA note builds, testing, and new feature demonstrations.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Analyst in this module is required, though candidates with 3-4 years of strong experience may be considered.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required, or an additional 4 years of experience as a certified analyst.

Key Projects:

• Double Upgrades: Oversee two major upgrades, one immediate and another scheduled for September, paving the way for exciting developments in the coming year.
• Registrar’s Desk Footprint Reduction: Work with Beth to streamline registrar operations and enhance efficiency.
• Recovery Team: Develop and manage a team to address downtime and recovery situations, including those caused by recent disruptions like hurricanes.
• Standardization: Contribute to the standardization of procedures and systems across the organization.
• Customer Relationship Building: Assist Beth in strengthening and rebuilding relationships with customers.

Position Logistics:

• Location: Candidates must be based in the Houston area, with onsite work required on Tuesdays.
• Relocation: Assistance with relocation is available depending on distance from the facility.
