About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Wealth Management Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, excel at working with numbers and data, and are eager to grow in the wealth management field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Plan Support: Collect and update financial planning data for client financial plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness within clearly defined timelines.
- Plan Creation Assistance: Support in drafting financial plans for prospective clients, incorporating research and data as required.
- Billing Preparation: Assist in the preparation of account billing, working closely with our billing team to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Client Distribution Management: Maintain a log of client distributions and required minimum distributions (RMDs), keeping our records up-to-date and ensuring clients meet year-end requirements.
- Compliance Tasks: Coordinate periodic compliance tasks, including collecting firm data and assisting with necessary client communications.
- Firm Metrics Maintenance: Collect, organize, and manage firm metrics to help track performance and operational benchmarks.
- Special Projects: Engage in various special projects requiring in-depth analysis, offering opportunities to work directly on impactful firm initiatives.
- Client Service: Provide occasional professional and courteous direct support to clients as needed. This may include answering the phone during peak hours, assisting in meetings for data entry needs, etc.
What We're Seeking:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent financial services experience.
- Recent CFP® designation education fulfilled, certificant, or similar financial planning designation preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial planning principles and commitment to professional growth.
- A candidate committed to a long-term career in wealth management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to tasks and willingness to take ownership of their responsibilities.
- High level expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a willingness to learn new software tools and platforms.
- Strong multitasking abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to putting clients first, supported by ethical principles and reliability.
- Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney, Right Capital, MoneyGuidePro, etc. is a plus.
