Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology

Dalton is seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology to join our team and support marketing technology and digital ad campaigns. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our paid media, analytics, and account management teams to manage and optimize marketing technology tools and ad operations.

What you’ll be doing in the role:

  • Partner with internal teams to manage and optimize marketing technology tools.
  • Provide support for digital ad campaign trafficking, management, and optimization.
  • Work with ad servers, order management platforms, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage and integrate marketing technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Use web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs to optimize systems.
  • Work with the analytics team to ensure data accuracy and smooth system operations.
  • Act as the go-to expert for digital campaign setup and ad operations.
  • Oversee the trafficking, launching, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across platforms.
  • Ensure quality control of all campaign assets (site creatives, 3rd party creatives, tracking pixels) by testing functionality and meeting legal standards.
  • Ensure that all marketing operations comply with regulations, and policies (e.g., data privacy laws such as GDPR, HIPAA, BAA).

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Five (5) years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing technology management, or related roles
  • Expertise in Eloqua required (certification preferred); proficiency in other marketing CRM’s (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot
  • Consultative experience explaining complex concepts and strategies to clients
  • Prior agency experience highly preferred
