Director of Information Technology

The Director of Information Technology & Systems will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT operations, systems and Third-Party Providers
• Administrate and manage Yardi ERP software, including programming new reports and custom processes
• Develop organizational IT strategy (cloud, information systems, security, communication systems)
• Develop, manage, and track the IT Department's annual budget
• Analyze business requirements across departments to determine technology needs
• Monitor systems' performance to ensure smooth delivery of IT services
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for improved corporate efficiency
• Review technology requirements for client-facing systems
• Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to office staff on various IT systems
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned locations and newly integrated practices
• Manage end-to-end project management and IT integration processes
• Review and optimize communication and telecommunication services and expenditures
• Maintain regular support cadence with integrated practices
• Administer company policies and manage compliance requirements
• Establish and upgrade IT procedures to improve efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research or Business Administration
• 5-8 years in a supervisory role
• 2 years minimum overseeing IT operations and systems
• Minimum 1-2 years advanced Yardi software experience
• 2 years Procore software experience
• 2 years QuickBooks desktop experience
