Our Financial Services firm, Power Wealth Management in the (Alpharetta, Georgia) area is seeking a full-time Operations Associate. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and desire to work on a high performing team. Minimum Requirements:
- Financial industry experience, required
- Previous experience with custodians, preferably Charles Schwab
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired, preferably CRM
- Must have experience handling and servicing specific client accounts
- Must understand Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts

Responsibilities:
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:
- Complete and process all applications for business submitted by the Advisor
- Keep CRM updated with client interaction and processes
- Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing, and transferring of accounts)
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided and all forms needed for all client requests.
- Submit all completed good order applications and forms to the proper agencies
- Follow-up on pending applications, transfers, and money movements.
- Research and analyze application issues and provide problem-resolution
- Answer Advisors’ requests and respond to their needs in a timely manner
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management
