About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer specializing in IdentityIQ and with potential experience in IdentityNow. This role is critical for implementing and supporting our identity governance and administration (IGA) infrastructure, focusing on automation, role-based access control, compliance, and user provisioning. This position requires a developer adept in Java to customize and enhance the platform’s capabilities to meet unique business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Identity Governance Solutions:
- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
Customization and Configuration:
- Leverage Java to customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Develop APIs and connectors for seamless integrations with third-party applications.
- Configure and maintain role models, certifications, policy enforcement, and access provisioning within the SailPoint platform.
Support IdentityNow Implementations:
- Assist in IdentityNow configuration, if applicable, including user lifecycle management, access requests, and reporting.
Technical Troubleshooting and Support:
- Perform system troubleshooting and debugging for all identity management applications.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve complex identity-related issues.
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and IT, to align identity and access management (IAM) solutions with business goals.
- Ensure IAM solutions adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ; experience with IdentityNow is a plus.
- Strong programming experience in Java for developing custom solutions within SailPoint.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, role-based access control (RBAC), and user lifecycle management.
- Experience with API integrations and connector development.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) related to identity and access management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
