Senior Associate Attorney

The firm seeks a senior associate to join its dynamic Labor & Employment practice group. The associate in this role will handle a broad range of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, class action and PAGA defense, labor relations and collective bargaining, drafting employment contracts and employee handbooks, and advice and counsel to employers.

Summary:

• Salary range: $150,000 -- $250,000

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Attorney licensed to practice law in California
• At least 5 years of labor & employment law experience at a law firm
