Are you ready to lead project change initiatives with precision and impact? We’re seeking a Change Management Coordinator (CMC) to take charge of the change order process, ensuring seamless documentation, tracking, and communication of all proposed project changes from inception to approval. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, this leadership role is critical for successfully addressing project changes and aligning stakeholders every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy
    Design strategies to enhance stakeholder adoption and ensure smooth contribution to change processes

  • Governance
    Facilitate compliance with established project change management practices and maintain a robust change order repository

  • Planning & Execution
    Oversee change orders through all phases, ensuring timely and budget-conscious outcomes

  • Collaboration
    Partner with teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and Operations

  • Analysis & Reporting
    Conduct impact analyses and create risk mitigation strategies for smooth project operations

  • Communication
    Develop and maintain strong communication channels to inform stakeholders of changes, impacts, and mitigation plans

  • Tools & Systems
    Implement new tools and provide expertise to enhance reporting processes

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Controls within Chemical, Petrochemical, Industrial, Refining, or Production industries
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams
  • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerBI, and other digital reporting tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Houston, TX
