About the Role:
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and energetic Outside Sales Representative to add to our team. We are looking for someone who is eager to meet new people and build relationships with wine shops and liquor stores in their territory. This role is on-the-road, which means that most of the week you are visiting stores and your office will be remote. This is a great opportunity for a Merchandiser or Retail Sales Associate looking to take the next step in the wine & spirits industry! Job Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and efficient customer service to new and existing customers
- Plan and execute a daily route of in-person sales calls to present innovative wine & spirits products while looking for opportunities of new placements
- Maintaining inventory levels of existing items and merchandising all products to maximize sales
- Collaborating with accounts on creative promotional and display programs to build excitement of all Latitude products
- Hosting Wine & Spirits tasting events as needed to educate potential customers and increase sales
- Administrative duties: manage accounts receivable and collect payments as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and account management skills
- Tech savvy & organized
- Ability to walk, sit, stand and lift up to 40lbs
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Wine or spirit sales experience is a plus, but not required!
- 1+ years of direct sales experience (preferred)
